Stephen Ross claims no offer to Harbaugh

The reason why there was no press conference yesterday to introduce Tony Sparano's extension with the Dolphins is because Sparano refused to be a part of a "feel-good pity party". However, Stephen Ross claims that there was not an offer to Jim Harbaugh and that the $7.5 yearly deal was simply speculation. He only admits that he was curious as to what it would take to get him in Miami. Crazy stuff in Miami.
